SKF has agreed to purchase the total share capital of Diagnostic Instruments Ltd, Edinburgh, United Kingdom. Diagnostic Instruments (DI) designs, develops and manufactures mobile industrial computers and application-specific data collectors/analysers in the noise and vibration measurement field.
