At your service
The basis for the PRM programme is a contractual agreement with SKF Service, an independent unit within the SKF Group. The contract contains all service modules agreed upon, and SKF works to achieve a specific cost reduction for the customer. For this, performance-related fixed payments, including supply of bearings and other parts, are agreed on with the customer.
The services of the SKF Trouble-Free Operation programme have been developed into a comprehensive partnership concept. If trouble-free operation is the target, then the SKF service programme PRM, Proactive Reliability Maintenance, can help. The PRM modules – on-site application engineering, bearing diagnosis and mounting and repair services, for example – help extend operating time, improve product
quality and reduce operating costs.
