SKF has acquired Jaeger Industrial Ltd, a leading manufacturer of electro-mechanical actuators and electronic control units as well as complete actuation systems in Asia.

The Jaeger Group has 750 employees and an annual turnover of some 35 million euros. It has manufacturing facilities in Taiwan and China and is headquartered in Taipei.

With the addition of the Jaeger Group’s product range, SKF is reinforcing its position in the fast-growing market for electro-mechanical actuators, linear drives and actuation systems.
