SKF has bought a leading railway bearing service company in Australia, the Rolling Stock Supply & Service (RSSS),  which is based in the states of Victoria and Western Australia.

The company is a major supplier of new and reconditioned wheel-set bearings and axle boxes for railway rolling stock on the Australian, New Zealand and Asian markets.

The service engineering of RSSS provides a mobile on-site wheel-set bearing removal service as well as technical service training and trackside assistance.
