SKF is introducing a new small and portable induction heater, TIH 030m, which combines high heating capacity with portability. Placing the induction coil outside the heater’s housing enables the heating of bearings weighing up to 40 kg. The compact lightweight design, 20 kg, makes the TIH 030m easily portable. The heater is equipped with thermal overheating protection to reduce the risk of damage to the induction coil and the electronics.

In addition to temperature mode, the TIH 030m is equipped with a time mode for heating components other than bearings. The heater is equipped with foldable bearing support arms for supporting the bearing during heating.
These arms also function as an internal storage for the three yokes that are supplied standard.
The TIH 030m is available in two power executions: 230V/50-60Hz and 100-110V/50-60Hz.
