SKF India has acquired Vibration Engineers and Consultants Pvt Ltd (VEC). The company, based in Chennai, India, provides services including condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, vibration analysis, in situ dynamic balancing and machinery trouble-shooting.

The purchase of VEC signals the start of an ambitious growth plan by SKF for the Indian market.
