SKF Maintenance Products in the Netherlands has introduced the new TMBS E series of strong back pullers. This is an upgrade of the TMBS series and further strengthens SKF’s competitive position in the market.

The new TMBS E series consists of one mechanical strong back puller kit (TMBS 50E) and two hydraulic strong back puller kits (TMBS 100E and TMBS 150E).

The new TMBS E series offers enhanced performance at a more competitive price, due to the new hydraulic spindle, which enables effortless application of force up to 100 kN, where the previous spindle only allowed up to 80 kN. In addition the stroke has been increased to 80 mm from 15 mm, enabling the safe and easy removal of bearings and bearing components, especially in applications where there is not enough space to accommodate a standard jaw puller.
