SKF is expanding its operations with the following new factories:
1. A seal factory in Mysore, India, which will serve customers within the automotive, railway and industrial application segments.

2. A factory for medium-size bearings, located in Dalian, China, close to SKF’s existing factory for large-size bearings.
3. A heat-treatment facility in Falconer, New York, in the United States, as part of an expansion of SKF’s aeroengine operations. The facility will house a new high-tech vacuum furnace for the carburizing and hardening of a variety of materials.
