SKF USA Inc. and Meridium Inc. completed an agreement granting SKF non-exclusive rights to license and distribute Meridium Asset Performance Management System (APM) software. Additionally, SKF will be a preferred service provider for Meridium, providing consultation, training and services to facilitate implementation of asset management methodologies for new and existing customers. The agreement fits well into SKF’s expanding asset management services portfolio and extends Meridium’s global reach by leveraging the SKF resources.

Meridium services will be offered globally through SKF Service Division’s Reliability Systems business area. The SKF Asset Management Services group will be the Centre of Excellence to deliver Meridium products and services to the market.
