As a response to increased cutting speeds in CNC turning or milling machines, SKF has developed a new series of high-speed bearings called BTM.

The new angular contact thrust ball bearings of the BTM series are replacing the BTA series. Each unit consists of two single-row angular contact ball bearings arranged back-to-back. The bearings are available in two versions with a contact angle of 30° and 40° respectively.
