What did the Bearing ’97 exhibition in Beijing and the International Trade Fair for Sports Equipment and Fashion in Munich have in common? The answer? SKF displayed its state-of-the-art bearing technology.

In Beijing, the company showed how SKF bearings are used both in a variety of household appliances as well as products more often associated with bearings, such as cars and aircraft. During the exhibition, which is held every other year, SKF also conducted several seminars.

At the sports equipment and fashion fair in Munich, SKF exhibited the company’s new range of bearings especially developed for in-line skates. The bearings are designed to accommodate all types of skating, from racing to free-ride to ultimate tough skating.
