Ferrari partnership
Ferrari’s racing team division, Scuderia Ferrari, and SKF are in the longest uninterrupted partnership in Formula 1 history. This winning combination began in 1947, and it has resulted in many wins for Ferrari, including Fernando Alonso’s victory in the European Formula 1 Grand Prix; almost a hundred SKF components were mounted on the car. The companies’ technical collaboration has been renewed until 2015, with SKF working closely with Scuderia Ferrari in the development of cutting-edge technologies in the areas of material, lubrication and condition monitoring.
